Maintenance Request
I would like give a 5-star review to Brian for helping me with a problem with my washer. I thought my washer, which is my ... own and not Zen’s, had pretty much died last week. I asked him if I would be able to request a Zen washer if my washer was beyond repair. He suggested he take a look at my washer and see if it was something he could repair. It didn’t take him long, and he found a loose screw that was nearly out of place, which was causing my washer to make some loud, unusual noises. He tightened it down. This morning I used my washer for a laundry load and it worked great; no problems. Since my washer is 13-14 years old, I was ready to believe that it died, and was contemplating replacing it. I love it here
When we have staff here, there is a small group of people determined to drive them out through screaming, yelling, threatening. ... In the 5 years I have been here I believe we have had 7 different building managers. Overall, these residents are being the worst people I have ever seen, (and I have worked in a prison locked in with 100+ felons and never experienced the drama and hatred I have seen here. Anyone with a desire to help make Zen the best place possible immediately gets driven out. If those people are so miserable, please pack up and leave. Not one person will miss them. Maybe what we need is someone who can take those people aside and tell them what's really up. They should be evaluated and held accountable for their performance as well.
